The Flo-Line Cleaner Plus offers high G linear motion and a wide range of deck angles for maximum performance in any drilling environment. Two Super G vibrating motors produce 7.0 G linear motion to power the FLC Plus. These motors feature permanently lubricated, sealed bearings and are designed for maintenance-free operation.
Dramatically reduced operating costs result from this machine's high capacity, fine screening, and drier cuttings discharge. The machine's high G-force vibrating motors and Derrick's exclusive Pyramid Screen technology significantly improve solids separation. A processing rate of nearly 600 GPM of a 17.8 PPG fluid using API 140 screens has been demonstrated by the FLC Plus.
Fast, accurate screen panel tensioning is provided by a choice of Ramp-Lok or Rapid-Change draw bolts.
The deck angle of the FLC Plus is adjustable from -15° to +5°. This wide range permits greater control of the fluid end points on the screen surfaces. It also enables the machine to operate equally well in various formations by manipulating solids conveyance rates. For example, extreme downhill deck angle offers exceptional conveyance, while decreasing fluid loss when drilling hydrated clays (gumbo) or other sticky solids. The FLC Plus also includes a manual bypass gate.
