Derrick & Scomi Oiltools would like to advise all of our valued customers that effective July 31, 2010, Scomi Oiltools will no longer be the sole and exclusive distributor of Derrick Solids Control Products. This adjustment applies to all markets with the exception of the Russian and Nigerian markets where Scomi and Derrick will continue our long standing relationship.
During the transition, customers may work with the newly established distributors or continue to work with Scomi through July 31, 2010. Scomi will honor all existing contracts and orders for Derrick equipment, spares, and screens up to that point.
